🔥 Q: When should I bring with me?

🔮 There will be a camp prep call and a lot of helpful information in our private facebook group. But to start planning now I want you to imagine outfits and items you would want to be photographed in or with, and things you might use in your videos.

For example, bring any books you've published (or get your journal published with us BEFORE you come to camp to use in your photos), bring your computer, bring a variety of outfits that are casual, business, dressy, and something to be out in nature in great weather (it's beautiful here). In other words, don't stress about this. We will give you a lot more ideas once we do our prep call and learn more about the video(s) you're creating.

🔥 Q: What kinds of "experiences" should I expect?

🔮 The majority of the learning will take place at the manor. But we will go on the occasional adventure to break up the learning pattern and have more content opportunities in nature. We do have some pretty awesome photo ops planned that I'm keeping as a surprise so just stay open to everything!

🔥 Q: When should I arrive and depart?

🔮 We will do an "unofficial kick off" on Wednesday night April 24th. So if you're able to arrive by 6pm for a 7pm gathering that would be ideal.

If you're VIP plan to depart on Tuesday (anytime). If you're General Admission plan to depart on Monday (anytime).

🔥 Q: Is travel and hotel included?

🔮 Accommodations and booking concierge services are included in the VIP Time Traveling Train Package. The General Admission Flying Delorean package has a discounted room block but you will be booking your own stay.

Transport will be provided from the Hilton Nashville airport accommodations to and from Graycroft Manor and other excursions for all ticket types.

We prefer you stay at the Hilton Nashville Airport but if you choose to not use the accommodation given and wish to stay somewhere else you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the manor and other camp destinations.

We will be starting on time and you cannot be late or it will disrupt our morning meditations and rituals. You're welcome to book anywhere you'd like in the city of Nashville, but please check in with me before booking to make sure it's less than 20 minutes from the manor.

Flights/Travel are not included.

🔥Q: Will you feed me? If so, what are we eating?

🔮 Yes, every day we will have coffee/tea, breakfast and lunch (and snacks). Dinner is included on the later nights of the event. Elysia's husband is a gourmet chef who has cooked for many celebrity events so you will be fed organic, high end cuisine.

The VIP Time Traveling Train Package includes a VIP dinner with Elysia and Carla on April 29th.

🔥 Q: Where in Nashville is the manor?

🔮 Graycroft Manor is on the north end of East Nashville, which is the trendy part of town, and only 10-15 minutes away from downtown/Broadway. If you plan to go out and "honkey tonk" do not do it the night before any camp day. No hangovers allowed! Stay safe and stay focused. What you do before and after camp is up to you, however we are not allowing partying at the Content Camp House.

🔥Q: Will you be requiring proof of vaccination for all campers?

🔮 No, but please be responsible and considerate. If you are not feeling well before camp please test yourself and if negative for Covid, wear a mask during camp until you feel better. If you test positive for covid right before camp please see below for emergencies and refunds.


🔥Q: Do you offer refunds if there's an emergency?

🔮 In general there are no refunds but I will give you a credit for a future retreat, experience or course/program. You're also welcome to gift/sell your seat but connect with me first please so that I can make sure the person coming is in alignment with the program.


🔥 Q: What if I already have a strong content strategy?

🔮 Stay coachable and have a beginner's mind. You will hear information in a new way with added layers from the full camp experience and with me as your coach. There is always more to learn! PLUS we're going to get so much of it DONE!


🔥 Q: Will I be able to re-use previous content I have that is still relevant?

🔮 Yes! Your life and your experiences are the foundations of your stories and content. We will teach you to discover new ways of telling "old" stories. We will time travel!

🔥 Q: How much content will I be creating by myself vs having you and your team help me with?

🔮 We will be helping you with just about everything but you will be encouraged to create the majority of your own content so that it is infused with YOUR energy. Elysia is VERY intuitive and will be guiding you, answering your questions, and sharing ideas and our team who directs her videos will be directing you in yours!

🔥Q: Will you help me edit all the video content I'm going to create?

🔮 Editing is included for your promo/training/speaker reel video only, as well as the audio recording we'll be doing at RCA Studios. Everything you film on your own with your phone will be up to you to edit.

Additional "done for you" production and editing services, including done-for-you course creation are available through application only after your ticket is purchased in order to accommodate serious action takers only.
