💎Q: CAN I SHARE MY LOGIN WITH A FRIEND? No, your login information is just for you (one person only). We require our clients be honest, loyal and kind. We will always treat you with the same respect. If you are doing your course with a business partner* or spouse, let us know and we will create a login for them to sign in on their own.

💎Q: CAN I SHARE MY COACHING SESSIONS WITH A FRIEND? The number of one on one or group coaching sessions included with a course package will not increase if your business partner or spouse does the program with you and they will only be done with one of you for the duration (you cannot split coaching because it will not be as effective to only receive half of the coaching support). One on one coaching is for one person at a time. If you are doing the program with your spouse you may purchase additional coaching.

💎Q: I WANT TO REFER A FRIEND TO THE PROGRAM. IS THERE AN INCENTIVE? Yes! Gratitude is the foundation of everything we do. We will send you $100 for every friend who you refer who signs up for the Brilliance Method signature course. There is no limit to how many friends you may refer. If we are on a waiting list at the time, you will receive the $100 when your friend begins the program.

💎Q: I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE COURSE CONTENT AND WOULD LIKE SOME GUIDANCE BEFORE MY NEXT COACHING SESSION. HOW DO I CONNECT DIRECTLY WITH ELYSIA? Elysia is on Voxer and you are welcome to send one 60 second* voxer per week. She will reply within 48 hours. Voxer is a free app on the app store and google play store. Search "Elysia Skye". This is a voice text "walkie talkie" app. *If your message is more than 60 seconds it will not be heard. It helps to write out what you want to ask so you don't wind up going over. Writing out your question will also help you clarify what you're really asking.

💎Q: I LOVE THE GUEST SPEAKERS IN THE BRILLIANCE METHOD COURSE. CAN I WORK WITH THEM FOR COACHING? All of our guest experts would be happy to speak with you about joining one of their programs. If your current program includes coaching with Elysia, you cannot switch to one of the experts for your coaching through The Brilliance Method. However, if Elysia is on holiday she may have one of these coaches cover her sessions. Feel free to request which one you'd like to work with.

💎Q: I'M SUDDENLY UNAVAILABLE TO DO THE PROGRAM OR HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. DO I GET A REFUND? We do not grant refunds after 72 hours of signing up for the program. If you need more time please email ask@thebrilliancemethod.com and we will put your access and coaching on hold. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to take a deep look within to recognize that you are following the program's guidance and suggestions. Our clients who do the work and follow the program have a near-perfect success rate and accomplish what they intended by joining.
